  The Pharmacist is truly a coward. I was not given the choice to opt for generic medication labels and when I questioned this, not only did the Pharmacist not have the courage to speak to me directly, but I was sat in a seat while the clueless assistant relayed messages from Jayson (the Pharmacist) who continued to yell across the Pharmacy for her to come to him while he whispered messages to her. He said he was too busy to talk to me- there was one single other person in the shop. Finally after having 3 different messages from clueless assistant, he pops his head up over the counter and shrugs that he's too busy to speak to me and then yells out 'they are generic'. Levlen is a label, you're selling me a brand with no other choices. I was made to feel stupid and like I was being lied too. I will not ever be returning to this Pharmacy and I would strongly recommend that anyone who currently goes there checks the prices and choices they have. There was a strong sense of being ripped off and also the Pharmacist being caught out.

  Has to be the best pharmacy by far that I have ever had the chance to deal with, they are not only polite but they make you feel welcome and no question is to big or small. I have to leave Melbourne for awhile but I will be using them when I return. Well done to a great team. Regards Leonie Coombs
